Opening order is $200. Minimum Reorder is $100, except for personalized items which may be ordered in any amount.

Terms:

The first order will ship Visa, MC or prepaid with company check at time of order. Net 30 days on reorders with approved credit. Please enclose credit sheet with resale number, bank reference and three trade references at time of initial order. Credit approval typically takes two weeks. Orders will be delayed for accounts with open late invoices. Customers are turned over for collection after 90 days. The customer is liable for all collection and attorney's fees. There is a $25 service charge for returned checks.

Orders:

Most orders take one to two weeks to ship. Prices are F.O.B. Rhode Island. Orders ship FedEx or UPS. Customer pays all freight and handling. We will drop ship to your customer for $5/box.

Damages/Returns:

When examining the designs, keep in mind that many of the items and an old and faded look to them and therefore may have imperfections in the paint on purpose. Please inspect shipments promptly and report any shipping damages to the carrier. Report errors or defective product to Stupell within five working days. No returns accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
